Chelsea dress
I don’t work with dropped waists very often since I have large hips and am naturally drawn towards silhouettes that flatter my own figure. However, I decided to experiment with them and this is one of the results. The bodice is ruched taffeta, with a satin bow and tulle covered skirt.

Autumn dress
I moved to Provo, Utah from southern California this fall and actually got to experience a true autumn! The leaves and colors inspired me to design this dress.
The bodice is a copper satin with the leaves of varying fall colors. The skirt and sleeves are a copper chiffon.

Cassandra dress
This is another of the Agamemnon inspired dresses. Cassandra is a Trojan prophetess and always acts with nobility and dignity, but with bravery as well. I thought this dress captured her personality in a more modern setting.
This dress is chiffon with a satin waistband with gold cord on top and bottom.

Clytemnestra Dress
I read Agamemnon fairly recently and I decided to design dresses for the women in The Orestia. This dress is something I envision Clytemnestra wearing had she lived now rather than in ancient Greece.

Linnea dress
Quite a few (but not all) of my dresses I design with the intent to find the dress that personifies me. This one is one of those and I think it is pretty close…but still missing something. I love it all the same though.
The skirt would be white tulle with goldenrod satin for the sash, flower, and trim. The lace would also be goldenrod with the bodice and sleeves white of some undetermined fabric.
